This week’s special guests are Jesse McTavish and Nathan Templeton, the men behind Melbourne cafés Two Birds One Stone and Top Paddock, and who are shortly to launch their newest café Kettle Black. They’ll sit down with Pete and talk about what it’s like running a café, and the philosophies and techniques that set them apart in a competetive industry.

We’ll chat to John Lawson from No. 8 at the Crown Casino about the Florey Institute Culinary Charity Challenge which will see some of Melbourne and Sydney’s best chefs come face to face in a competition to determine which city has the best food, and to raise money for mental health research.

Ray Capaldi from Hare and Grace also calls in to enlighten us about some of the culinary catastrophes you’ll find in Scotland.
