“This means nothing to me…”
Neon Nights Show #82 – Midge Ure Interview with John von Ahlen on JOY 949.
John von Ahlen chats with Midge Ure for 2 hours on tonight’s show. Plus we have the exclusive premiere of Julia Fordham‘s new remix, plus Aeora‘s new track “BOSS-Y” and heaps of new club tracks.
Midge answered questions from fans all over the world, thanks to the response from everyone on our Facebook/Twitter/Instagram pages.
These lucky fans got their questions answered personally by Midge! :
Claus Larsen from Denmark,
Matt Dale from Australia,
Matt Culpin from London,
Stefan Kashammer from Germany,
Tapio Normall from Finland,
Carl Cooper from Manchester,
Matt Mackenzie from Derby,
Dan Shillcutt from Seattle,

For Midge’s live shows in 2017 the plan is to touch on the broad reach of his recorded output with the “Something From Everything” Tour….. a show that covers at least one song from every album he has released from the Rich Kids in 1977, via Visage and Ultravox, to his solo albums such as the Gift, Pure and Answers to Nothing.
Midge has a career that spans over 40 years – from his “pop band” beginnings, “almost” joining the Sex Pistols, the electronic groundbreaking work with Visage (Fade To Grey is still voted #1 in its genre across Europe), via the mainstream success of Ultravox to the twists and turns of his solo releases.
