Episode #307 Tuesday the 2nd of February,2016 at 10pm in the JOY studios Melbourne Town.The Squeamer returns with the 1st episode out of 3 celebrating women in horror for the Women In Horror Recognition Month. For the past 7 years Women In Horror Month has been held every February to recognise and respect and highlight all of the amazing women in our favourite genre!
The Squeamer decides to honour the Women of Colour in horror films like Lisa Bonet in Angel Heart, the Blaxploitation ladies in films like Sugarhill, Abby and Scream Blacula Scream…and Bailey O’Neill returns too for some A to Z of Horror with Naomie Harris in 28 Days Later.
Remember it’s also #BlackHistoryMonth too!
Bailey honours Kathy Bates from Misery and AHS and Jane Levy who brought the gore and crazy to the reboot of Evil Dead (2013).
