Marriage Equality ads and the law, Saying No to No and the church and Same Sex Marriage : 21st August 2017

We also speak to legal expert Hannah Marshall to help us understand why discrimination laws don’t apply to marriage equality ads.

Terry Laidler joins us, psychologist and former catholic priest as archbishop of Melbourne Dennis Hart and Archbishop of Perth Timothy Costello have issued a warning that if marriage equality is legalized, teachers, nurses and other employees of the Church could be fired for marrying their same-sex partners.
