Poland: If you keep it to yourself, they don’t care

Legally, as part of the E.U., [Poland’s] rights are of a high standard in terms of the LGBT community.

There was a lot of violence before the march with skinheads throwing eggs and punch-ups and stuff.

The march was very heavily protected by the police. For every four participants, there was one policeman.

The youth of Poland are a lot more progressive than the older generation.

If you keep it to yourself and if you’re closeted about it…then they don’t care.
