WHAT HAVE WE SEEN LATELY ? WE’RE WAITING FOR SOME GOOD NEW MOVIES, BUT IN THE MEANTIME WE SAW:

SHOW : KING KONG : He’s big and he’s hairy and he puts on a pretty good show. Perhaps we sshouldn’t have gone to a preview show, but it was still darn good fun. King Kong really is f…ing huge, and impressive. He’s operated in a combination of puppetry (like in War Horse) and animatronics. The music is good (quite varied), the actors are good, and the chorus boys and girls are pleasant to look at. There are also a lot of very impressive lighting effects. So overall, we liked it a lot.
