I love a good ‘Gay Anthem’ and this one is something really special. Fiorious is an out singer from new York. He’s been around a while, and has now produced a very moving song. Tied in with a video containing some very moving footage of the gay struggle and gay pride, this is powerful. Check it out below. And buy the single.

What Have I seen recently ?

Film : Ideal Home : A feature of the 2018 MQFF, this now has a full local release, and we loved it. It focuses on two A-List gays, who end up looking after one’s grandson, after the father goes to jail. Hilarity ensues as they all get used to one another, and the lady from the Child Protection Agency. It’s a very funny, and very bitchy, movie. Just a really great comedy about the gay experience.

Film : Hereditary : I wanted to like this, and by halftime I was ready to walk out, but in consideration of the people with me, I didn’t. But we all thought it was boring and a waste of some great acting talent (Toni Collette). Sorry, but whoever gave it five stars must have been at the wrong movie.
