Hello and …

Guess who ?

Welcome to another A Touch Of Pink, your show for tracks with a fresh pop sound and an emphasis on GLBTI content/artists. Tonight all the tracks have mostly GLBTI content, except for the last track.

There’ll also be a track from Steve Grand’s new album, Not The End Of Me, another new track from Bright Light Bright Light, plus a review of some of my recent favourites.

PLEASE NOTE : I will be resting for the Spring grid, but hopefully back early December.

Lucie M

TRACK OF THE WEEK : Steve Grand with ‘You Or The Music’.

This is a track from Steve’s new 2nd album called Not The End Of Me. Most of the tracks are downtempo, but the first single, Walking, and You Or The Music are a bit faster. There is no video for this track, but below I have included an ‘audio only’ track, Pink Champagne, also from the new album. I hope you like it.

Here follows tonight’s playlist. Tune in this Saturday on JOY 94.9 from  6-7pm for a whole heap (as many as we can get through) of fun tracks. Your host will be Dick.

What Have I Seen Recently ?

Show : The Songs Of Pasek & Paul, You Will Be Found : A wonderful production at Chapel Off Chapels of some of the songs of this duo responsible for songs from La La Land, The Greatest Showman and Dear Evan Hansen etc. Funny and sad songs, with a cast of 16 singers and 5 in the band. This was very moving, stirring etc, 3 performances only, and sold out on the night we went.
