Thelma Plum isn’t just a hot-up-and-coming singer songwriter, she’s the real deal.

A week out from her coveted Splendour in the Grass appearance, Thelma dropped into the JOY studios to chat about her newly dropped album and impending tour.

Thelma is an important voice in the Australian music industry and a rising star. Her debut album, Better in Blak, is packed with notable songs and her “happy sad” lyrics will enchant you.

She’s collaborated with Nick Cave, Gang of Youths, and Paul McCartney, and it wasn’t long before Ben steered the conversation to the seductive charms of Nick Cave.
