Welcome to the 2021 Better Together Conference Podcast. Recorded live at the Adelaide Convention Centre on the 18th and 19th of June, 2021. These sessions were proudly recorded and produced by JOY 94.9. 

Hear from an expert sex worker leadership panel from around Australia as they showcase collective sex workers’ leadership, highlight the failures of criminalisation and licensing in VIC, SA & QLD, and the benefits of decriminalisation for the rights of all sex workers, and offer a window into the urgent ongoing struggle for full decriminalisation and the recent sucesses of the sex workers rights movement.
Sex workers have always been at the heart of the queer and trans community and activism. The many sex workers who identify as LGBTIQ+ have lived, mourned, fought and celebrated alongside their queer and trans allies, and now sex workers need our communities to join us in our fight for our occupational and human rights.
Featuring speakers from SIN, Scarlet Alliance, SWOP NT and Sex Worker Reference Group, Vixen Collective, Respect Inc and Decrim QLD.
