JOY is looking for a new Drive Co-Host!

JOY is seeking an individual who wants to create social change in a collaborative, team-based environment through the medium of radio. 

JOY is Australia’s Rainbow Community Media Organisation, located at the newly built Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda, Melbourne. Broadcasting on FM and DAB+ and streaming live 24/7 to 131,000 weekly listeners. JOY exists to make Australia a more inclusive place to live by providing a multimedia platform and enabler for change to the voices of the rainbow community and our allies.

The JOY Drive Co-host will join current on-air host Warren in presenting JOY’s flagship drive program five days per week, 4-6pm. The successful candidate will come to the role with authenticity, a drive to create a more inclusive society and a desire to learn about and share issues that impact our communities. To be successful in the role, you will bring a can-do attitude, embrace teamwork, and build strong, collaborative relationships with your co-host, your guests, show-support volunteers and the wider JOY team.
