Hot off the global music scene news TODAY – “Reason Why”, a previously unreleased song by SOPHIE & BC Kingdom featuring Kim Petras dropped and in a JOY Breakfast first we played the track on air.
The track will likely be released on either BC Kingdom’s or SOPHIE’s upcoming projects, but release has yet to be confirmed.
Both Sophie and Kim Petras are openly trans artists. SOPHIE, a pioneer in electro pop, experimental sound design textures died in 2021 after an accidental fall in Athens. The music on this upcoming album is all previously unreleased music from the artist.
