Despite being widely known as one of the most welcoming religions, new research shows that more that half of LGBTIQA+ Buddhists are hesitant to ‘come out’. Stephen Kerry is a Lecturer in Sociology at Charles Darwin University and has been conducting the research and talks to Warren about why the figures are so high.
