Welsh-born, NYC-based queer singer-songwriter Bright Light Bright Light joined us for our first ever JOY Listening Party to celebrate the release of his new album.
Written as a love letter to the LGBTIQ communities, Fun City is a record full of collaborations with queer artists.
In the second hour of the party, Bright Light Bright Light aka Rod Thomas hangs out with Michael to chat about how the songs came about, especially in the current context of queer rights and representation. John P, from In The Studio, caught up with rapper Big Dipper and singer KAYE to talk about their tracks on the record.
