Knowing Me, Knowing You is hosted by Trent McWhinney and Dave Demmer.

Trent and Dave are mates, therapists, and all-round queer guys on a new journey of personal discovery. Get to know them, and yourself, as they dive into topics on mental health and self-development. Filled with vulnerability and laughter, the boys chat to professionals, experts, and those with lived experience to unpack what it means to truly know yourself.
