A whole new level of MAD with One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest is a work that has left an indelible mark on literature, theatre and film and now on JOY with the guys from MAD Wednesday as a production of it is taking place in Melbourne in June thanks to Monster Media Theatre Company.

Joined by Catherine Glavicic who plays Nurse Ratched and Mike Robins who plays Randle McMurphy, Michael and Dean get into the nitty gritty of this classic and powerful story of a mental hospital and its inhabitants.

In a world where sanity means conformity and following the rules is the only way to survive, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest is a powerful exploration of the beauty and the danger of being an original and finding out how these two actors took on these iconic roles and what it was like working with such a creative team was a joy.
