Positive Attitudes Orphan Christmas Lunch

Continuing the event started by the late, great Yvonne Gardner Positive Attitude’s traditional Christmas Day lunch is on again this year, and Mel from Positive Attitude joined Dean, Vic and Em on MAD Wednesday to tell the JOY listeners all about it.

A delicious xmas feast with all the trimmings and a glass of bubbly on arrival. Soft drink, tea and coffee are complimentary (BYO alcohol), the Positive Attitude Christmas Day Lunch is a great space for those who haven’t got a place to spend the day. Bring a small, wrapped gift to the value of $5 to put under the tree for our Kris Kringle.

Held at the community room is underneath the grandstand at the WT Peterson Oval in North Fitzroy, the venue is wheelchair accessible but you must RSVP. Numbers are limited.

On Sunday 15th December, Sircuit are holding their 9th annual Yvonne Gardner Christmas Fundraiser – raising money for the event.

All funds raised will be donated to Positive Attitude Inc to help carry on Yvonne’s Christmas Day tradition and to honour her legacy and work.

Come on down, have a boogie, watch some extra festive shows with your Size Queens Lexi Gaga, Missy La’Minx and Sasha Starr… and most importantly, remember to dig deep when the buckets come around!
