New music to weekdays (3 April 2019)

New music additions

The Veronicas Think of Me (SME)
Georgia About Work the Dancefloor (DOMINO)
Dillon Francis ft lovelytheband Change Your Mind (IDGAFOS)
Victor Crone Storm (Star Management)
Division 4 Out of Love (Casa Rossa)

The sisters are back! The Veronicas have landed with a bang as Lisa and out-and-proud Jess sing about the end of a relationship in ‘Think of Me’. The song has already made quite an impression on their fans, with lyrics that help create vivid mental pictures. Can this new sound deliver them renewed chart success?

London-based singer-songwriter Georgia made inroads in the music scene thanks to some BBC Radio 1 love and Shazam chart success for her previous release, Started Out. Her newest, ‘About Work the Dancefloor’, has been released ahead of her Australian tour later this month. Described by JOY Six at Six’s Ti as “what we should get if Robyn released ‘Dancing on My Own 2.0′”, you’ll find something familiar yet different in this synthy banger. We think you’ll be living for it.

Multi-platinum DJ-producer Dillon Francis is well-known in the dance and electronic realms for his work, especially his 2014 release Get Low with DJ Snake. The American has teamed up with LA-based indie-pop outfit lovelytheband for his newest, ‘Change Your Mind’. It’s a made-for-weekdays bop that we think you’ll be singing along to in no time.

This year in Israel, a Swede is going to be representing Estonia and singing in English – welcome to Europe! Getting a leg up through being a featured vocalist for some big Swedish artists, Victor Crone is no stranger to a competition. He won Eesti Laul, the Estonian selection competition for Eurovision, with ‘Storm’ and it’s won a place in the daytime mix. Will the Swedish sound resonate with Europe come May? You can keep up to date with all the action thanks to JOYEurovision.

Aussie DJ-producer Division 4 is best known as Matt Consola’s remixing partner-in-crime. But he doesn’t just remix some of your favourite pop tracks – he also writes his own! ‘Out of Love’ is his latest single, and its house feel is made for sparking joy during your workday.
