Neon Nights - 081 - Midge Ure Interview - Part 1

Neon Nights Show #081 “Midge Ure Interview – Part 1”

“We walked in the cold air…”

Neon Nights Show #81 “Midge Ure Interview – Part 1″ hosted by John von Ahlen on JOY 949.

Midge Ure is touring Australia in March!
John von Ahlen chats with Midge Ure in a 2 part interview (2nd half to be aired March 12).

Midge will be answering questions from fans all over the world, thanks to the response from everyone on our Facebook/Twitter/Instagram pages.

For Midge’s live shows in 2017 the plan is to touch on the broad reach of his recorded output with the “Something From Everything” Tour….. a show that covers at least one song from every album he has released from the Rich Kids in 1977, via Visage and Ultravox, to his solo albums such as the Gift, Pure and Answers to Nothing.

Midge has a career that spans over 40 years – from his “pop band” beginnings, “almost” joining the Sex Pistols, the electronic groundbreaking work with Visage (Fade To Grey is still voted #1 in its genre across Europe), via the mainstream success of Ultravox to the twists and turns of his solo releases.
