The Worlds first Anglican gay Bishop, Gene Robinson, is in town and yesterday he spoke to approximately 120 Melbourne based Clergy about the issues they are facing within their congregations regarding the LGBTI community.

Dawn Hough heads Pride in Diversity who held their annual awards recently to acknowledge businesses and corporations who provide equality in the workplace.  She joins us to reveal who the award recipients are for 2013.

At Burnet Institute’s AGM recently they awarded Dr Mark Stoové the prestigious Gust-McKenzie Medal 2013 for outstanding young HIV researcher of the year and he joins us to discuss what it means to him and his career.

Then JOY’s weekday program manager highlights what is ahead for our 2013 Radiothon.
