Queer Screen Film Festival 2019

The Queer Screen Film Festival (QSFF) celebrates sexual and gender diversity through queer storytelling on the big screen.

This week on Out Takes, we turned the spotlight on QSFF by speaking with the Director of QSFF, Lisa Rose, about this year’s exciting lineup of fresh new queer films.

We also spoke with Nikki Si’ulepa, the director of Same But Different: A True New Zealand Love Story, which screens at QSFF this year. Same But Different chronicles a romance based on the director’s own love story with Rachel Aneta Wills, who co-produced the film.
