Ethan Tan is one of the Top Arts 2020 artists at National Gallery of Victoria @NGVMelbourne. Coming out as gay at the age of 11, Ethan has always been supported to express himself and wanted to make art that spread a message of acceptance and fluidity. Ethan created the self-portrait photograph titled Androgyny presenting the artist’s view of themselves on the gender spectrum.
