Episode # 3  January the 21st 2014 : The Geeks Have Landed !
In the studio at Joy 94.9 The Squeamer hosts a very wall to ceiling packed show, with Brendan Bale back with a very fast review of the new Paranormal Activity ( prequel?sequel?) The Marked Ones, Dean Arcuri from Guy Fi Podcast flew in for a special geek announcement about something called: Shazam! a geekie nerdathon Dance Party held  last Friday in Melbourne Town, he’s getting his Tardis on !

We also had the return of Ozmosis with Emmet O’Cuana chatting about a comics launch on Sunday the 26th of Jan:

Gaining Velocity: Darker Forces featuring 34, including 17 Australasian artists.

Emmet spoke earlier in the week with Dr Matt Finch , A man who has brought the Zombie to the school library in NZ and Australia:

‘Dr. Matt Finch has taught and told stories for people across the age ranges from 4 years old to 40, in locations as diverse as the mountains of Peru, the streets of Brooklyn, Shakespeare’s birthplace, and rural New South Wales.

Matt creates immersive play activities for all ages – live-action scenarios incorporating theatre, games, and storytelling. Most famously, he’s pitched kids and teens against zombie hordes in Australia and New Zealand.’

Ozmosis also relayed the important information about The Ledger Awards: ‘established to acknowledge and promote excellence in comic arts and publishing in Australia’, where you have the chance to vote for your fave Aussie comic !
