Paul reflects on his incredible success – four top 5 albums and ten top 20 singles in the UK including Wherever I Lay My Hat (That’s My Home), Come Back and Stay, Love Of The Common People and his US number one single Every Time You Go Away.

Paul also talks about being involved in the Band Aid single Do They Know It’s Christmas – where he sang the opening lines, performing at Live Aid and the tribute concert to the late Freddie Mercury.

Paul chats about the music industry, his latest album Good Thing – a collection of tracks form the Memphis labels, Hi Records and Stax, between 1966 and 1975 and recording his cover of Words from Australia’s very own Bee Gees.

Paul chats about his love for cooking – appearing in both Masterchef and Hell’s Kitchen in the UK and his hopes to tour Australia this year!
