Former Human Rights Commissioner Tim Wilson, who is very likely heading to Canberra after winning pre-selection in the safe Liberal seat of Goldstein, joins The Informer.
Mr Wilson, a regular guest at JOY 94.9 in the mid 2000s, recently gave up his well paying government gig to contest the seat of Goldstein. And he won. Now he just needs the public to vote him in.
He discusses the controversial Safe Schools Coalition program, life as a gay man, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and whether he thinks he’s prepared to make tough decisions, the government’s metadata retention laws, his thoughts on Cory Bernadi, and much more.
Presented by: Ben Grubb
Produced by: Ben Grubb, additional producing by Matthew Wade and James Findlay
