Painting with Pride, Addressing HIV in Aus & Marry Me with SGLC : 6th September 2017

We don’t yet know what the result of the High Court Challenge against the postal plebiscite will be, with the announcement being made at 2:15pm Thursday, but Dean & Dylan recap the last two days before diving into tonights show.

The Vote YES campaign has taken many forms over the last few weeks since its thrust forward, and Dean Arcuri speaks to artist David Lee Pereira about his Rainbow Warriors, who are painting rainbow murals round Victoria. He also speaks to The Woods Cub Reporter Robbie about what it was like going door to door with businesses and asking them if they’d like to display a YES poster in their window.

We report on the recent findings from ViiV Healthcare Australia in their report ‘Critical steps towards addressing HIV in Australia’ as Daniel Roberts speaks to Company Manager Michael Grant.

And finally, we spread some love thanks to Sydneys Gay & Lesbian Choir who have released an original song & video in support of Marriage equality,’Marry me, Right now baby’. You can purchase it here.

Your hosts for tonights Informer were Dean & Dylan.
