JOY says YES, High Court ruling explained, politics past the plebiscite and Melb Drag Awards : 2nd October 2017

Remember the High Court challenge earlier last month?

On Thursday the High Court revealed its more in-depth answer as to why the high court was in favour of the government. For those not familiar with legal documents, this was a bit confusing to read, so joining us now on the Informer is Lee Carnie from the Human Rights Law Centre to break this down a bit so we can all have a better understanding of what occurred.
