This is the second part of Anastasia’s heartwarming interview with her friend Matthew Lanciana, an aspired humanitarian. To check out what food they would make for the bright yet less fortunate kids, please check  Trans POV kitchen/notes on Facebook.

UPDATE: There have been more updated information on Compassion VietNam’s progress and a slight amendment to make

  1. Their Centre will be relocated to a new facility, which Compassion Vietnam (CVI) will be paying for rent and utilities.
  2. Compassion VietNam is not a school due to the complexity of Viet Nam’s legal system. It is a not for profit organisation that provides a learning centre to prepare the kids for state school.
  3. CVI is yet to provide meals made on premise for the children. The donation is currently used to purchase food from vendors.

On this episode, Anastasia replaced the pickled penis and slices of creamy testicles for a specialty treat from her country (It just happens that trade of male’s reproductive organs are illegal in the meat industry, yet, females’ ones get the free pass). Bowie suggested a new combo for a healthy snack while Mama Mish grunted and gagged from tasting such a special dessert. Zay finally introduced a bit more of their maternal family. What to say, we all enjoy a bit of silliness around smelly things.

“Being transgender, no lets scratch it, being simply human, means you are constantly seeking for approval, be it from your parents, you peers or your spouse. It means no matter how on trend you try to look, how blended in you are amongst the crowd, there is this perpetual immense insecurity. We nervously laugh when somebody compliments us, blush up as a mishap happens in the public eyes or bite our lower lips on a romantic date.

“What did you use for your hair?”
“What is your night cream? Which foundation are you using?”
“What are the secrets to your diet?”
