Anzac Day 2016

On this special Anzac Day show hosted by Tex and Jack we commemorate those who fought for the freedom and democracy that we enjoy today. Graham Willett from the Australian Lesbian & Gay Archives discusses the involvement of LGBTI community in the military services.

Also Dr Noah Riseman from The Australian Catholic University together with Graham Willett are working on the LGBTI Military History Project researching how Australian armed forces have grappled with changing social attitudes towards lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people from the end of World War Two until the present.
