From Script To Screen – Against The Principle


What do you want to be when you grow up? For kids, it’s the one question that adults seem to always want answered. As a teacher, I understand the importance of recognising a child’s talents at an early age and the importance such recognition has in the education and career path of each individual.
At just 12 years of age, today’s guest turned a roll of 35mm photographic film into an animated sequence of clouds traversing the sky…..his love of movies and the process of making them has seen him form a career around film production – and he has worked with some of the best…..Dean Semler “Dancing with Wolves” fame – Rolande Joffe who directed “The Mission”, and “The Killing Fields”, and International Cinematographer of the Year in 2009, Don McAlpine – just to name few . His childhood passion is now a career with purpose as today’s guest is determined to see an important story he penned, come to life on the silver screen….
