Madeleine Swain

Madeleine Swain was born in the UK and moved here to Australia for love around 28 years ago. She’s had a long career working and volunteering in various areas of the arts including acting and journalism. She was a Board member of the Melbourne Queer Film Festival in the early days, has been involved in Bent TV and the queer press, and has recently returned to Board life as an interim Board member of Joy. She has described herself as the world’s worst lesbian – but let us be the judge of that.

Join Host Lisa “Dano” Daniel, as she speaks to Madeleine Swain.

This interview aired on JOY 23rd May 2020.
