Social Media

Social media often gets a bad wrap, but it’s a pretty amazing platform.

But at the same time, it’s pretty damaging.

Jordan, Sam and Tabitha chat about how easy it is for people to hide behind social media and bully others. And how certain aspects of social media can cause severe body image issues and in some instances, eating disorders.
