The 21-year-old singer from northern Albania was the clear winner of the competition, winning by 20 points. Her ballad, Të kërkoj (Diell) [Ask You (Sun)], was the last of the 18 songs performed in the grand final and was the favourite of the Albanian jury, along with the public.

Dani is a well-known artist in Albania, winning Star Akademi in 2009, then having another victory in 2012’s edition of Top Fest. She also took Italy by storm, becoming the winner of The Voice of Italy in 2013 with 71% of the final vote.

Trailing behind the winner was Bojken Lako Band with Të ndjej, ending up with 62 points.
