Welcome to another A Touch Of Pink, your show for tracks with a pop trash / remix flava and an emphasis on GLBTI content/artists.

This week the emphasis is on tunes. There are some wonderful GLBTI musicians who can writer more than just a a groove, and tonight we’ll show you who. Ssion from NYC has written a beautiful song, also Eli Lieb, Jussie Smollett and Huguenot. There are also the fun songsters, such as Cazwell, The Vamps and Peyton. It’s great show, come listen.

My Song Of The Week is Destroyer by Huguenot. I love this song, and I love the video (see last weeks podcast). They are full of hot sunny days in Rome. Just listen or watch and you can feel the heat rising. Prepare to fall in love.

What Have I seen recently ?

Film : A The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (or Guernsey for short) : This is a lovely Sunday afternoon film, about a woman who goes to Guernsey to find the truth about how the literary club was formed, and about the occupation of the island by the Germans during WW2. There’s a tale of a child trying to find a missing mother, a love story and much heartache, but beautifully filmed and not too sentimental. Mum and I loved it.

Film : Ready Players One : Steven Spielberg’s latest epic (it really is) about a young man trying to win a competition to in inherit a virtual world entertainment complex. Descriptions can only fail to do justice to this, it really is breathtaking at times. Imagine Tron, and the Tron sequel times 10. Must be seen on a big screen
