What Have I seen recently ?

Film : Chaappaquidick: Excellent film based on the sensational incident from 1969 when Ted Kennedy drove his car off a bridge, resulting in the death of the other occupant, Mary Jo Kopechne. The ongoing investigation into the incident reveals the bizarre cover-ups, and how those in power can manipulate events. There is a wonderful tension as events unfurl.

Film : Gurrumul Yunupingu : Wonderful documentary about this indigenous artist with the voice of an angel. There is some wonderful footage from his childhood life, through to his days with Yothu Yindi and the Saltwater Band, and his solo career up until his death. Much of the music is breathtaking, and there is a lot for all of us to learn from his life.
