Australian songstress, Monique Brumby, jumped into the Back Seat with Simon and Michael (and Fiona) to chat about all things music, equal love and helping out.
The out and proud Tasmanian-born singer and songwriter chatted about her involvement with Aardvark Worldwide, an organisation aiming to help chronically-ill young people tell their stories through music. Monique also shared the stories behind her new single, Silent War, especially that of her marriage to her partner.
Simon also got to brag that the first song he learnt on guitar was one of Monique’s.
Monique Brumby will be performing at Melbourne’s Equal Love Rally on Saturday 16 August.
