The 5-year project “The Songs That Saved Your Life” from Jazz Chanteuse Kimba Griffith is coming to a close as Kimba releases an EP to celebrate the project.
A project that has been musical, theatrical and engaging, Kimba was inspired to rework the iconic songs from the 80’s and 90’s alternative rock and grunge era – giving them all a new feel to reflect Kimba’s feelings for these songs and what they are saying, with a touch of jazz from her Jazz inspired band.
Hear Kimba talk about the songs, the launch of The Songs That Saved Your Life at the Paris Cat Jazz Club – and lots more!
Kimba Griffith was guest of Bent Notes on Sunday August 1, 2021
