Aussie Jazz Royalty Vince Jones spoke with David Moyle on Bent Notes about his musical career, gardening, creativity and how clouds can be used as an analogy for creativity.
Along the way Vince spoke about his affinity for nature and doing everything he can to reduce his footprint by being a food forester and creating his own bio-diesel to run his vehicle – to name just two activities.
The Importance of practice to maintain and improve ones skillset was also on the agenda for discussion as was the Trumpet, Flugelhorn and Flumpet!
Vince Jones will be performing at the River of Art festival in Bateman’s Bay on September 23, and in Melbourne for the first time in three years with two shows at The Jazzlab on September 16 and 17.
