Checkpoint Intimates is a podcast where members of the team go one-on-one on a topic that they both feel strongly about, and sometimes conduct interviews with industry insiders and game developers!

In this episode, Lisa talks to game developer, Mel Taylor about her platformer Blueberry. The game sees you play as a girl named Blueberry from childhood through to old age and deals with  depression and  past traumas. It’s up to the player to find out what happened to Blueberry as a child and to help her deal with her trauma and manage her depression via the game’s mechanics. Blueberry was also chosen to be part of the PAX Australia 2021 Indie Showcase.
