Covid kept the AFL fixturing team on their toes! Players isolating, whole teams relocating and then not relocating, teams running late due to traffic on the Pacific Highway in Queensland. It was anything but boring – Jack Riewoldt booted 6 goals in his 300th game and Buddy lifted the Swans to a victory that made John Longmire cry with proud tears and we had another draw in an empty stadium.
Bec and Fi dissected the issues of the week on the CTF Dinner Table – are the games too long, Racism has reared it’s ugly head again and the big question is should we get rid of draws in our game (as Simon Goodwin suggested after the draw between the Hawks and Dees).
