This week on the show, Kev, Luke and returning guest Fin talk all about one of the most popular genres in video games… it’s the RPG! With such a big history, RPGs feature some of the biggest gaming franchises of all time, including Dragon Quest, Elder Scrolls, Final Fantasy and many many more. We talk about why the genre is so successful, what we think about turn-based combat and also discuss the different types of RPGs that are available, including the much-discussed and often polarizing JRPG!

Also, Kev delivers his review of DmC: Definitive Edition and Luke has spent the last four weeks playing the episodic survival horror game Resident Evil Revelations 2. With these two big reviews and a big discussion about Nintendo’s rather large announcement last week (a new console? ALREADY!?!?). It’s a giant show, so don’t miss it!!
