NGV curator Laurie Benson joins David and Sue to talk about what’s on at our gallery – the glories of past exhibitions, and those to come, especially Degas, the 2016 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces exhibition coming up in June.

This Wednesday 13 Jan. at 6pm it’s Laurie himself talking about the newly acquired painting Great Dancing Pair, 1923, by Erich Heckel.
It’s pretty special, not only because it’s the first painting by a German Expressionist to enter the collection of the NGV.
