Let’s talk about PrEP baby, well – PrEP and Undetectable

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and U=U go together, hand in hand. They’re two important halves of the same coin – and we’re unpacking what it means to prevent HIV with these two powerful tools and the early years of activism.

Michael is joined by PrEP warrior Damon L. Jacobs, founder of PrEP Facts: Rethinking HIV Prevention and Sex – the global Facebook group dedicated to sharing evidence-based PrEP information to just on 22,000 people around the globe.

Damon, a New York City boy, was in Australia for the Navigating sex in the era of U=U and PrEP speaking tour alongside Bruce Richman from Prevention Access Campaign – founder of the U=U movement.

Damon was happy to share his insights on initiating PrEP, and his vast experience in the field of health promotion, activating other PrEP users, and debunking PrEP myths.

We also touch on the benefits of PrEP and Undetectable Viral Load working together in harmony to empower gay men to control their sexual health and improve their pleasure by giving the finger to stigma and the serodivide.
