Beca from Beans Bar in Fitzroy joins us to talk about starting a new bar for lesbian, bi, and queer women and their mates through a surge of TikTok interest. Beans opened a couple of months ago and is one of the few operating venues that cater to queer women, and one of even fewer new venues. We talk about being neurospicy friendly, and getting a bar off the ground.

This episode was recorded on the lands of the Yalukut Weelam clan of the Boon Wurrung peoples. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
