Abuse and Gay Priests

The Australian Christian Lobby’s CEO, Brigadier James Wallace recently told a stunned crowd of Church leaders from various denominations and anti-censorship campaigners that the Church is not to blame for the abuse of children by its clergy. When asked by Australian Sex Party’s Robbie Swan, why more than 500 Australian priests have been convicted of pedophilia, Wallace, a born-again Baptist, explained that 70% of child sexual abuse by priests was due to their homosexuality and even stated that the Church was the  victim. Fiona Patten joins Hide and Seek to discuss.
