Do you have an embarrassing online history?

What are your rights when it comes to Google  searches?

A Court orders Google to hide a man’s criminal past under the ‘right to be forgotten’ act.

What are our ‘rights’ when it comes to Google searches and what can be found about us?

This decision is being used as a legal precedent as a way for some people to try to move on with their lives.  Will it lead to more people trying to control what can be found online? Initially Google rejected the request, which is why the courts got involved.

Alex from The Big Smoke joins Rachel and Dene to explain what it would be like if you wanted to Google to omit certain search results about you.

(Jacq is away appearing at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2018 in her show Be Better)
