All of us enter into agreements every day. But how much do you really know about the legal nature of these contracts?
Paul from KHQ Lawyers chats to Jacq and Producer Annie about the elements that make up a contract and what happens if a contract is breached.
Paul also covers ‘peppercorn’ agreements, gifts and how agreements with family and friend agreements differ to commercial contracts. For example, if a friend said they’d drive you to the airport but fails to do so, why is that not legally binding?
