The third episode in our series discusses intervention orders related to family violence, which differs from intimate partner violence.

Jacq and Dene chat to Chloe from KHQ Lawyers about getting an intervention order against a member of the family such as a parent, child or sibling.

Chloe talks about the complexity around family violence related to the LGBTQI community. We also discuss the support networks available for not only victims but perpetrators too.
