As a part of NAIDOC Week, Kungari Comedy brings an evening of big laughs to the fringe Common Rooms on Wednesday 5th July with plenty of lauughs from Victoria’s funniest Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander comedians!
This line up of deadly talent will blow you away with hilarious stories and unique perspectives on being Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander in Australia.
Kimmie Lovegrove, a proud Ngarrindjeri woman popped into JOY Breakfast to chat with Rach & Dean about it.
Jimmie has been doing comedy since 2014. She has was a Deadly Funny finalist in 2017 and 2018. Since then she has been producing comedy shows that highlight Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander comedians in Victoria. She was a special guest on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival roadshow in 2021
