Info	Join us for a colourful celebration of diversity and inclusion! Wear It Purple Day is all about embracing individuality and fostering a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ youth. This in-person event, hosted by GOTAFE, promises a day filled with fun, acceptance, and a chance to connect with other rainbow individuals! This year the theme for Wear It Purple Day 2023 is ‘Write Your Story’. The message being it is integral to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of personal expression and individuality for our rainbow youth! Wear It Purple Day is a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and advocate for a more inclusive society. Let’s stand together, celebrate our differences, and create a world where everyone feels safe and accepted for who they are. We look forward to seeing you there! Event	Wear it Purple Day: All-gendered fashion parade

Info	Clothes are an essential part of self-expression, so dress your best and join in our Wear It Purple Day all-gendered fashion parade – a safe space to test out your latest look. We’ll crank up the music and open the catwalk (space for a quick change and make-up provided)! There will be stalls by local health services and also the launch our four amazing canvasses created by local LGBTIQAA+ young people. Refreshments provided.

Info	This event is for young people aged 12-25 years old to come together to celebrate Wear it Purple Day and have fun! There will be fabulous entertainment, queer crafts, fun activities including photobooth, face painting, games and a sensory room for chill down time. All capped off with yummy food, prizes and give aways. Come dressed in your favourite or fancy outfit and don’t forget to wear something purple!
